PSALM 67 God's purpose, since Creation, is to have a world full of nations that love and worship Him, and walk in His commandments. Sin may disrupt that plan but does not cancel it out. Christ has come to accomplish and fulfill this purpose through His death and resurrection. Christ empowers His Church through His Spirit to bear witness to Him to the nations, and thus gather in the nations in to Zion.
