Even the way Christians relate to work changes as a result of God's new creation work in their lives. Christian workers are to work unto God and not find their identity in their work. Christian employers are to exercise authority in a Christ-like manner, not threatening or intimidating their workers. For both groups, there is one Master who is impartial and just. And He's in heaven.
